coconut milk rice in tamil /தேங்காய்பால்சாதம்

                        

Ingredients:

  1.  Seeraga samba rice or normal biryani rice          - 2 cup
  2.  Ghee                                                                     - 1 table spoon
  3.  Cardamom big for spicy                                       - 1 pc
  4.  Cardamom small for smell                                  - 1 PC       
  5.  Cinnamon                                                            -1 small pc
  6.  Clove                                                                    - 5pc
  7.  Brinji leaf                                                             -1 pc
  8.  Coconut milk                                                        - 4 cup
  9.  Salt                                                                       - 1 tea spoon

Procedure:
  • Take 2 cup of rice and wash clearly,and filter the water and take it out .
  • Take one pressure cooker add 1 table spoon ghee or 1/2 table spoon ghee and 1/2 teaspoon oil and make it heat.
  • Then add small and big cardamom each one pc.
  • Then add cinnamon pc small one and clove,brinji leaf one by one.
  • Now add washed and filtered rice put it over on it and mix it well.
  • Now add 4 cup of coconut milk and mix it well then add salt and mix it well.
  • Close the pressure cooker lid and cook almost 15 minutes and open the cooker cover .
  • Now our coconutmilk rice is ready. 
  • For this rice veg gravy and chicken gravy is very good combination.

Ingredients:
  1. Peanut                                  -  1 table spoon
  2. Raisin                                   - 1 table spoon
  3. Cashew Nut                          - 1 table spoon
  4. Dates                                    -1 table spoon
  5. almond                                  -1 table spoon
  6. Pomegranate                         - 1 
  7. Almond gum                         - 4 teaspoon
Procedure :
  • Take one bowl add Almond gum 3 to 4 stones(small pieces),then add water upto fully inside the water in the bowl.
  • After 4 to 5 hours it will absorb the water and becomes as like as a jelly.
  • Take 4 teaspoon of Almond gum in a bowl,and add pomegranate seeds.
  • Then add almond nuts,and mix it well.
  • Now add seedless dates  as a small small pieces.
  • Then add small pieces of cashew nuts and mix it well.
  • Now add raisins and mix it well.
  • Then add peanuts and mix it well.
  • Now our healthy summer snacks is ready.

Benefits:
  • This Almond gum   is very good for make the body cool.
  • Almond  have more iron contents,and almond have healthy fats,protein and magnesium and vitamin E,it is control the cholesterol and reduced the blood pressure.
  • Dates contains  more iron contents,fiber,calcium,potassium,magnesium,and zinc.
  • Raisins is very good for acidity problems,improve the digestion system,fever,cancer.for free motion.
  • Peanuts also have more fiber contents.
  • If you are eating this snack regularly it will help to increase the hemoglobin level.
  • In blood ph value will raise and your blood become from acidic level to alkaline level

semolina vermicelli kheer in tamil /சேமியா ரவை பால் பாயாசம் - Revas cook...

                       

SEMOLINA VERMICELLI KHEER

Ingredients:

  1. Ghee                                              - 2 tea spoon
  2. Cashew nuts small pieces             - as you needed
  3. Vermicelli                                     - 1 cup(100gram)
  4. semolina(rava)                              - 1 table spoon
  5. milk                                               - 4 cup(400 gram)
  6. cardamom powder                        - 1/2 tea spoon
  7. sugar                                             - 1 cup

Procedure:
  • Take one cooking vessel in that add 1 teaspoon of ghee
  • Once it is melted add small pieces of cashew nuts and roasted it and take it out and keep aside.
  • In the same pan add 1 teaspoon ghee and put vermicelli and roasted it until golden brown colour then take it out.
  • Now add 1 table spoon semolina and roasted it then take it out.
  • In the same pan add 4 cups of milk and make it hot by medium flame,once milk gets boiled add roaSted vermicelli and mix it well.
  • Then add roasted semolina and mix it well immediately otherwise it become as a lumps.
  • Once milk become thick add cardamom powder and mix it well
  • Now you add sugar and mix it well.
  • Finally add roasted cashew nuts and serve it
