Summer healthy snack
Ingredients:
- Peanut - 1 table spoon
- Raisin - 1 table spoon
- Cashew Nut - 1 table spoon
- Dates -1 table spoon
- almond -1 table spoon
- Pomegranate - 1
- Almond gum - 4 teaspoon
Procedure :
- Take one bowl add Almond gum 3 to 4 stones(small pieces),then add water upto fully inside the water in the bowl.
- After 4 to 5 hours it will absorb the water and becomes as like as a jelly.
- Take 4 teaspoon of Almond gum in a bowl,and add pomegranate seeds.
- Then add almond nuts,and mix it well.
- Now add seedless dates as a small small pieces.
- Then add small pieces of cashew nuts and mix it well.
- Now add raisins and mix it well.
- Then add peanuts and mix it well.
- Now our healthy summer snacks is ready.

- If you are eating this snack regularly it will help to increase the hemoglobin level.
- In blood ph value will raise and your blood become from acidic level to alkaline level
