Ingredients:
- Seeraga samba rice or normal biryani rice - 2 cup
- Ghee - 1 table spoon
- Cardamom big for spicy - 1 pc
- Cardamom small for smell - 1 PC
- Cinnamon -1 small pc
- Clove - 5pc
- Brinji leaf -1 pc
- Coconut milk - 4 cup
- Salt - 1 tea spoon
Procedure:
- Take 2 cup of rice and wash clearly,and filter the water and take it out .
- Take one pressure cooker add 1 table spoon ghee or 1/2 table spoon ghee and 1/2 teaspoon oil and make it heat.
- Then add small and big cardamom each one pc.
- Then add cinnamon pc small one and clove,brinji leaf one by one.
- Now add washed and filtered rice put it over on it and mix it well.
- Now add 4 cup of coconut milk and mix it well then add salt and mix it well.
- Close the pressure cooker lid and cook almost 15 minutes and open the cooker cover .
- Now our coconutmilk rice is ready.
- For this rice veg gravy and chicken gravy is very good combination.
