SEMOLINA VERMICELLI KHEER
Ingredients:
- Ghee - 2 tea spoon
- Cashew nuts small pieces - as you needed
- Vermicelli - 1 cup(100gram)
- semolina(rava) - 1 table spoon
- milk - 4 cup(400 gram)
- cardamom powder - 1/2 tea spoon
- sugar - 1 cup
Procedure:
- Take one cooking vessel in that add 1 teaspoon of ghee
- Once it is melted add small pieces of cashew nuts and roasted it and take it out and keep aside.
- In the same pan add 1 teaspoon ghee and put vermicelli and roasted it until golden brown colour then take it out.
- Now add 1 table spoon semolina and roasted it then take it out.
- In the same pan add 4 cups of milk and make it hot by medium flame,once milk gets boiled add roaSted vermicelli and mix it well.
- Then add roasted semolina and mix it well immediately otherwise it become as a lumps.
- Once milk become thick add cardamom powder and mix it well
- Now you add sugar and mix it well.
- Finally add roasted cashew nuts and serve it
