Paneer butter masala - REVAS COOKING RECIPES

                     

Ingredients:

  1. Paneer                                    - 200 gram
  2. Butter                                    - 1 teaspoon
  3. Chopped onion                       - 3/4 cup
  4. Cardamom                              - 2 pc
  5. Cinnamon                              - small pc
  6. Cloves                                     - 3 to 4 pc
  7. Cashew nuts                            -10 to 15 pc
  8. Garlic cloves                           - 4 pc
  9. Ginger                                     -small pc
  10. Chopped tomatoes                  - 1 cup
  11. Oil                                           - 2 tsp
  12. Kashmiri red chilli powder    - 1 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Sugar                                       - 1 pinch
  14. Coriander leaves                     -as you need
  15. Turmeric powder                    - 1/2 teaspoon
  16. Salt                                         - as you need
  17. Garam masala                        - 1/2 teaspoon
  18. Kasuri methi                         - 1/2 teaspoon
  19. Water                                     - as you need

Procedure:
  • Take one pan add oil and make it heat,once oil becomes hot add cardamom,cloves,cinnamon and saute it.

  • Then we have to add chopped onions,garlic and gingers one by one and fry it properly.


  • Now add cashew nuts and fry it,then add chopped tomatoes,after few seconds add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder one by one.

  • Cook it well and take it out, after becomes normal temperature,put it in blender and crush it properly add little bit of water.

  • Take one filter and filtered it the puree and kept it in one bowl.
                                                    

  • Take the pan and add 1/2 teaspoon butter and make it heat once butter melted add the masala puree and make it boiled.
                                              

  • Now add 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala and kasuri methi
                                  
  • Finally add the paneer and mix it well,if you like add one pinch of sugar(optional) and mix it well
                                                    
  • Once everything cooked remove the cravy from the pan and pour it in one bowl add 1/4 teaspoon of butter and chopped coriander leaves.

  • Now our paneer butter masala gravy is ready to serve
